Adaptive Learning Environment Model (ALEM)

This new educational program is designed to meet the various social and academic needs of students in regular classes. The model serves, as an alternative approach to educational restructuring for schools striving to be open to the learning needs of individual students with a number of abilities, experiences and social and economic background. ALEM accommodates and builds upon these differences through a selection of instructional methods that are adopted and tailored to the needs and the learning characteristics of individual students.
